History: In his home town everyone has an eevee or a evolved form of eevee.the eevee's around the town are friendly towards the people that live there, the town has a rare pokemon that only shows up every 10 years to choose it's trainer. so every ten years everyone that is younger then 20 years old line up to have a chance to be picked by the pokemon. he was only 7 years old when he first met the rare pokemon, the pokemon looked at everyone that was in the line up and stopped infront of him and jumped up onto his shoulder. they where together for the next three years in the town, when he turned ten years old he got his starter pokemon and got a poke ball for his pokemon friend.
